Café water diagnose

Important limitation: the book emphasizes a cliff around acid-to-buffer balance; tanh diffusion in our map smoothes cliff edges numerically. Whenever your treated alkalinity rides the outer thirds of typical cafe ranges, assume small recipe moves can punch above their weight.
